Training
Based on our experience we can provide training targeted to
specific groups such as food servers, dishwashers, and cooks. Examples are:
- A tour of your establishment, in which we can provide
tour of your facility pointing out the critical public health aspects, and
answer questions as the tour progresses. You will find out things you never
knew.
- Small to medium classes for specific groups or for a
large group.
- Management training. One on one in food safety or
regulatory compliance
